In September 2018, a contingent of members of the Rolling Hills Community Group, recently presented Certificates of Appreciation to the Seminole County Board of Commissioners, the Seminole County Manager and the Parks & Leisure Services Department. This was to thank all of them for their support and hard work in helping the county purchase the Rolling Hills Golf Course, for conversion into a county park.
